Our Mission

Way of Life Wellness is dedicated to enabling each patient to live a lifestyle of long-term health through which they can learn to heal themselves of anxiety, tension, pain, and other symptoms of illness. We do this through Network Chiropractic Care, Somato Respiratory Integration and Kundalini Yoga. Network Care, a unique approach to health and well-being, is the primary tool we utilize to help you experience less pain and tension, fewer symptoms, increased flexibility, enhanced body connection and awareness, and more joy in your life. Through gentle spinal contacts, we teach the body/mind how to find and unwind its stored tension and trauma.

In the modern medical system, people are used to leaving their health care providers’ offices feeling like they weren’t really seen or heard. They wonder if their health problem was really resolved, or just temporarily treated. At our Issaquah wellness center, we aim to provide wellness care that helps your whole body improve and progress past pain and illness, rather than just focus on eliminating symptoms. While Network Care came from traditional chiropractic originally, it takes wellness a step further by working towards comprehensive healing. This unique method will help you feel better throughout your daily life as you heal, get in touch with your inner self and better deal with the stress and tension that life can bring.

Way of Life Wellness Center fosters holistic well-being through Network Chiropractic care in Issaquah, Washington. We guide your body’s ability to recover, transform, and awaken to passionate living at its fullest. Contact us today to learn more!
